PC Gel is an excellent strong SECONDARY anesthetic for use AFTER the skin is broken on all procedures. It is safe and effective. Ingredients: 4% Lidocaine with Epinephrine. PC Gel™ is a great pain-killer for microblading, permanent makeup, tattooing, electrolysis, waxing or any other painful procedure. PC Gel is similar to Duracaine but includes Epinephrine to reduce swelling and bleeding.

    I've been using Permanent Choices PC Gel anesthetic for over 10 years for all my permanent makeup procedures. My clients don't feel any pain. They're happy and my results are consistent and reliable.
